Taty was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, raised in Miami Beach, and spent her childhood summers in Spain. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Her studies took her to New Orleans, Washington D.C., Boston, Montreux/ Switzerland, and Miami.
Taty has extensive experience in sales and started her real estate career in 2014 in development sales. This allowed her to forge solid relationships with the local broker community and launch her reliable network of international alliances. A brilliant startegist, her ability to identify unique opportunities, coupled with adept negotiating skills, set the stage for a powerhouse performance that her clients quickly appreciate. Taty now serves her client’s needs in residential luxury sales and extends her services to meet her clients’ every demand with her professional partnerships in every business area. Her clients notoriously describe her as a caring professional who wears a permanent smile and makes the buying or leasing process less stressful.
Taty lives in the island paradise of Key Biscayne. She is a single parent of 3 and prides herself in her family's long involvement in civic service through volunteering. She is a member of the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (where she actively advocates for victims) and a member/volunteer at the Joshua’s Heart Foundation; where her two daughters, Sophie and Sydnie, as alumns of the Foundation's Jr. Board , serve the volunteer functions of Director of Branding and National Board Director of Pantry Operations. Taty is also a Member of the Miami Waterkeeper. On her spare time, she enjoys taking trips to the Florida Keys with her family, watching her teen son Nino play tennis, and go on bike rides or beach walks with her children.
